We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role would be ideal for someone starting their career in marketing or looking to take their first step into a broad marketing position. You will support the marketing team across a wide range of activities, gaining experience in both digital and offline marketing campaigns, content creation, events, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and schedule content for social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness
* Assist in the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, and print
* Support the production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and case studies
* Update and maintain the company website and CRM system with current information
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making
* Assist with event coordination, particularly trade shows and exhibitions, as well as webinars and company events
* Monitor and report on campaign and social media performance using analytics tools
* Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
Skills and Attributes
* Confident understanding of social media platforms and how to create engaging content
* Native‑level English speaker with a solid grasp of grammar, spelling, and written communication
* Comfortable with basic numerical tasks such as handling data, simple reporting, and interpreting figures
* Positive, proactive, and committed to delivering great work
* Reliable work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Creative eye for content, design, and presentation
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with exhibitions or events management is helpful but not essential
* Interest in design, analytics, or digital marketing tools is a bonus
Experience and Education
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desirable but not essential
* Internship, placement, or relevant project experience is beneficial
* Demonstrated interest in marketing, particularly social media, through coursework, volunteering, or personal projects is valued
