OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload
•The appointed solicitor will provide expert legal advice and support to stakeholders
•Your work will range from complex advisory matters to contentious disputes, including participation in Employment Tribunal cases
•The ideal employment solicitor will have at least 3 years’ PQE
•Proven record in managing both contentious and non-contentious matters is essential
•Demonstrated strong advocacy skills, confidence in managing tribunal claims, and professionalism in client relations
