Job Title: Consumer Strategy Lead Location: 2-3 days in the office in Basingstoke

This role covers the Northern European Hub, including the UK and Nordic markets.
Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of consumer campaigns across key channels by:
Collaborating with media agencies on campaign planning
Partnering with creative agencies to localise global content and create locally relevant assets that deliver strong impact
Ensuring all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements
Working with BI&A teams to monitor, measure, and optimise campaigns for continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Research, Digital, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.
Bachelor’s degree
~10+ years of experience in consumer marketing within a healthcare/ pharmaceutical setting
~ Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
~ Deep knowledge of consumer data, insights, and planning tools
~ Experience collaborating with media, creative, and research agencies
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from marketing data
~ Proven project management ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
