Description
Purely Care is looking for a Part Time Home Care Assistant who can provide exceptional care and support to elderly and disabled people in their own homes. The role is based in Norwich NR7 area. The hours are different on alternate weeks:
Week1: Mon-Fri 9am to 12 noon (15 hours)
Week 2: Wed - Fri 9am - 12 noon plus Sat & Sun 7am to 11am (17 hours)
Some flexibility on the hours may be possible.
No formal experience is required because full training will be provided.
You'll be joining a great team with experienced managers who understand the Home Care Assistant role in detail.
Home Care Assistant Duties
Duties
Each client has their own personalised care plan based but the duties for our Home Care Assistant are likely to include:
Light housework duties
Meal preparation
Washing and dressing
Administering medication
Assisting with toileting
Our customers also value companionship. Getting to know people and chatting about their day really does make a difference.
Home Care Assistant Job Requirements
Your passion for care, friendly disposition and interest in others are the top requirements for this role.
