A leading Specialty Insurer within the London Insurance market is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the design & implementation of its compliance framework.
Purpose of the Role
* The Head of Compliance will oversee all compliance activity across the business, ensuring adherence to FCA, PRA, and Lloyd’s standards.
* Working closely with senior management, this individual will play a key role in embedding a strong compliance culture and ensuring the business maintains effective systems and controls aligned to regulatory expectations.
Duties
* Lead regulatory workstreams associated with establishing a Lloyd’s Managing Agency.
* Act as the primary liaison with the PRA, FCA, and Lloyd’s for all related
* Lead the compliance function across all Lloyd’s and company market operations.
* Provide expert advice to business leaders on regulatory matters and emerging risks.
* Design and maintain a Compliance Monitoring Plan and training framework.
* Ensure compliance with Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements.
* Partner with Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and IT to embed compliance into all operational processes.
* Represent the business at industry forums and maintain strong relationships with market regulators.
