What you will be doing...
1. Overseeing functional operation and resources of assigned production lines to ensure finished products are attained.
2. Ensure production areas are operating to achieve desired production targets, report variances and work to resolve production issues as required.
3. Monitor and review direct standards of work for crewing, production, and quality and ensure compliance.
4. Ensure appropriate training and training records/verification are maintained in support of site and legislative requirements.
5. Responsible to ensure a safe working environment and work is performed according to safe work practices.

* Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry
* Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
* Ability to work shift work
* Ability to coach and motivate front line team
* Ability to troubleshoot equipment and support production
* Willingness and ability to operate equipment when required
* Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
* Self-motivated and driven
