What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties)
✅ Creative, patient, and differentiated teaching approach
✅ Ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
✅ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✅ A team player with a passion for inclusive education
You’ll Need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience working in an SEN or inclusive primary setting
Understanding of EHCPs and effective intervention strategies
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
