As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to PoR customers, helping them succeed with our products and ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions throughout their PoR Journey. You’ll be responsible for understanding customer requirements, driving adoption and retention, and delivering an EPIC experience with every interaction. This role reports to the Manager of Customer Success and collaborates with stakeholders across Sales, Support, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, Development, and Finance.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage all post-sales activities (including some pre-sales) for assigned customers through relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
* Serve as the voice of the customer and develop trusted advisor relationships to align goals and identify success metrics.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to develop joint success plans for customers.
* Maintain understanding of our products and the rental industry; advise customers on achieving business results using our solutions.
* Enhance customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and reduce churn through regular check-ins and business reviews.
* Handle escalations by following up on cases and coordinating with teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Skills
* Customer Success Experience: in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
* Project Management Skills: managing multiple clients/projects, organizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Technical Aptitude: understanding complex software/technology solutions and communicating effectively with customers.
* Analytical Skills: analyzing data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions to improve success metrics.
Tools & Technology Proficiency
* CRM Software: experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Customer Success Platforms: familiarity with platforms such as Catalyst.
* Data Analysis Tools: basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing customer data.
Note: Experience in the rental industry is preferred but not essential.
Job Type: Full-Time, Base Salary + Benefits. Work Environment: Hybrid.
