About the apprenticeship
Duties
Principal Accountabilities
The Apprenticeship will take 3-4 years depending on the successful completion of the relevant National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) relating to the following activities-
•Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical skills.
•A range of vehicle maintenance from small vans to large goods vehicles including plant maintenance small road breakers and large tractors.
•The Apprentice will be monitored though out the Apprenticeship and will be expected to show a high degree of commitment and motivation in work and studies, with regards to all aspects of health and safety.
•The ability to remain calm in volatile situations and deal sympathetically and diplomatically with members of the public.
•To undertake any other duties required by time to time, by Management.
Requirements
Qualifications
•3 GCSE’s in English, Mathematics and Science (or equivalent) to grade C or above.
•Driving licence is an essential requirement for the role.
