Join the Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit!
Your Mission:
* Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive engagement with Assystem
* Manage framework agreements, ensuring compliance, quality delivery, and alignment with client expectations
* Promote Assystem capabilities and advise clients on suitable solutions
* Support bid activities and positioning for future framework opportunities
* Oversee day-to-day framework operations and ensure adherence to delivery processes
* Manage team growth, onboarding, resourcing, and support Project Managers
* Monitor financial performance (P&L, revenue, invoicing, budgets, overheads)
* Establish and maintain governance, controls, and management tools
* Track performance, client satisfaction, spend, and value delivery
* Ensure legal and contractual compliance across all frameworks
* Represent Assystem in supplier reviews and industry forums
* Contribute to framework business planning and strategy
* Ensure projects meet company standards, QA requirements, and delivery processes
* Conduct regular project reviews to identify risks and opportunities
* Ensure all projects achieve or exceed expected gross margins

Additional Information
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
