We're recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role where you'll handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide outstanding service. This is a full-time temporary position running until Christmas, with the chance to become permanent for the right candidate.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* Previous call centre experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
* Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information
* Log and update customer details in the system
* Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
