Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be working with a growing events and hospitality organisation in West Sussex. They are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced events environment and is looking to take ownership of both the strategic and hands-on elements of sales and marketing activity.
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving event revenue, boosting brand visibility, and motivating a high-performing team. The role also offers exciting international travel opportunities throughout the year.
Key Duties of the Sales & Marketing Manager:
Maintain and manage high value client accounts, encouraging repeat business
Some lead generation, cultivating positive client relationships
Design and implement sales strategies that boost attendance and support revenue growth
Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email platforms
Review event data and performance results to guide improvements and future planning
Coach and lead the sales and marketing team, helping them achieve shared objectives
Oversee event budgets, ensuring spending is monitored and resources are used effectively
Build connections within the industry to stay informed on trends and identify new prospects
Work closely with other teams, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth deliverySkills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within events or luxury hospitality
Record of achieving targets
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing and web content)
Experience managing website content
Budget management and financial reporting
Able to work well under pressure and adapt quicklyWhat's in it for you?
