Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 (DOE) + Benefits

What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for customers and members.
* Manage enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat).
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
* Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance service delivery.
* Build knowledge of financial products, compliance, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
1. Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or client support.
2. Financial services, banking, or insurance experience is a plus (not essential).
3. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
4. Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
