We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Compliance Officer to join a well-known firm in Jersey. This role is key to ensuring strong operational performance and effective management of compliance risk within our client companies.
The individual will ensure compliance with internal policies, recommend system improvements, and address compliance issues. They will report to the Board, act as the main liaison with the Commission, and support the MLCO by monitoring AML systems and reporting issues. Responsibilities also include compliance administration, updating registers, processing CDD, maintaining records and onboarding clients.
The ideal candidate will be JFSC Table A or B qualified, with experience suitable for fulfilling MLRO/MLCO/CO responsibilities. Strong communication skills, a flexible and organised working style, and an understanding of AML procedures are essential.
