Location: Hailsham
Salary: Up to A GBP 30,000 per annum (pro:rata) depending on experience
Hours : Permanent, Full:time (36.25 hours)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their friendly Commercial team in Hailsham.
You may be looking to take your first steps into a Legal position, or you may already have experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Commercial/Corporate Legal Assistant will provide direct support to the Practitioner, for example by:
* Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner;
* Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Practitioner;
* Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and wider team;
* Preparing correspondence and documents including audio:typing;
* File management;
* Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch;
* Arranging for all copying to be completed;
* Securing the confidentiality and security of the firms client documentation and information;
* Committing time to training and self:development.
