Picture this :
* Monday: vlogging with us at a CrossFit gym in Manchester.
* Tuesday: measuring up for brand partners at an event.
* Wednesday: sitting in on next week's meal prep menu meeting, then filming in the kitchen.
* Thursday: editing reels and planning the post schedule.
* Friday: day off.
* Saturday: at an event networking.
* All the while: keeping the founders' diaries on track with PA-style support.

Responsibilities:
* Help build and deliver the strategy for our brand launches.
* Create, edit, and manage content across all projects.
* Manage the founders' diaries and PA-style support.
* Build and manage relationships with brand partners & sponsors.
* Contribute to the development of our clothing line & merchandise.
* Assist with live event management on-site.
* Be hands-on across all areas of operations.
This will not be a 9-5. This is a lifestyle role.
Requirements :
* A genuine passion for
fitness, food, and events
.
* Hyper-organised
* able to maximise founder output in hectic schedules.
* Strong understanding of all social platforms.
* Confident creating/editing content (Canva, Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
* Comfortable filming (GoPro, iPhone, or similar).
* Strategic mindset: from short-form clips to YouTube documentary-style content.
* Able to design and run your own
productivity systems
(Notion, Google Workspace, Asana,, etc.).
* Flexible and able to move with project speed.
Important:
We already have specialist creatives (videographers, photographers, designers). Your role is to
manage the content pipeline
and make sure we're getting what we need.
Location :
Newcastle, Hybrid / flexible (travel for vlogs, events & meetings).

Competitive / DOE
