Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant on behalf of our Partner, supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream and specialist settings.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning difficulties)
* Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies
* Assisting with classroom management and daily routines
* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
* Supporting learning and communication through structured interventions
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN
* Relevant training in SEN, safeguarding, or behaviour management (preferred)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Right to work in the UK
* Reliable, compassionate, and flexible
