The Genius Group is a fast-growing performance marketing agency group. We’re hiring a Paid Social Executive to manage and scale paid social campaigns for a portfolio of agency clients in the finance, claims, and SaaS verticals.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands‑on experience and a proven track record in Meta and TikTok Ads, looking to take the next step in ownership and performance within a high‑growth agency environment.
Responsibilities
* Own and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple client accounts
* Manage campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with exposure to other platforms, where relevant
* Deliver high-volume, large-scale, and large budget lead generation and user acquisition campaigns
* Monitor, improve and rapidly scale performance across CPA, ROAS, volume, and lead quality
* Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights and reporting
* Support the development and execution of paid social and creative strategy across accounts
* Collaborate closely with creative, data, and performance teams
* Manage day‑to‑day client communication and performance updates
* Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and new ad formats
Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media, Paid Social, or Performance Marketing
* Agency experience preferred
* Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
* Experience running bottom of funnel, lead generation campaigns
* Confident in managing multiple campaigns and client accounts
* Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, conversion tracking)
* Analytical mindset with a commercial approach to optimisation
* Comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience in the legal/claims sector is preferred but not essential
* Marketing Degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential
