Timberwise is expanding and now seeks a Preservation Sales Surveyor in the Newcastle area, with regional travel required.
Role Responsibilities
* Conduct daily surveys and engage with clients face-to-face
* Develop a dedicated surveying area
* Sell the company's products and services
* Serve as a technical liaison on product aspects
* Plan and prioritize workload effectively
* Work hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional outside hours
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in timber, damp proofing, waterproofing, or property surveying
* Good knowledge of building construction
* Sales and development experience, preferably in related products
* Passion for sales with enthusiasm
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience in contract and site management
* Ability to liaise internally and externally on technical matters
* Team player with a proactive attitude and success drive
* Certifications such as CSTDB or CSSW are preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates
* IT literacy
