You'll use your qualifications and experience to tackle complex repairs while helping vulnerable families feel safe and proud of their homes. What you'll be doing Working mainly on your own, starting from your van each day, with full team support for complex jobs requiring two people Managing your daily schedule independently across multiple properties Carrying out complex multi-trade repairs in occupied properties, focusing on damp-related issues Performing specialist damp treatment including cavity wall injection and core drilling Stripping and re-skimming plaster in damp-affected rooms Installing kitchen and bathroom components as part of damp remediation work Working with loft insulation and addressing roofing-related damp issues Supporting customers who often have additional needs with empathy and professionalism Keeping detailed records and liaising with team leaders on complex cases
