We are looking for a friendly, energetic and customer focused person who will enjoy working as part of a small, friendly team providing first class service to our guests and customers. The job involves early and late shifts and is very much a 'hands on' position, so bring your enthusiasm and a desire to develop great relationships.
Responsibilities:
× Waiting on tables
× Taking bookings for tables and accommodation
× Taking food and drinks orders
× Preparing and serving drinks in the bar
× Checking guests in/out
× General kitchen porter duties
× Maintaining clean and hygienic work areas and practices
× Housekeeping duties
× Reception duties
× Waiting on and coffee making in our café
× Night covers
