Responsibilities:
* Leading value engineering initiatives to optimise product quality and cost
* Designing mechanical components and systems using CAD (SolidWorks)
* Managing product certifications and compliance documentation
* Supporting new product development aligned with the company’s technology roadmap
* Troubleshooting production issues and supporting continuous improvement
* Providing technical support and training across teams
* You’ll work closely with colleagues in production, supply chain, sales, and R&D to ensure products meet the highest standards and customer expectations
Skills/Experience:
* Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
* 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience
* Strong understanding of a variety of manufacturing processes
* Proficiency in SolidWorks preferred
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
