* Salary: £29,290.00 to £36,612.00 (National); £33,000.00 to £41,256.00 (London)
* Location: Birmingham, London, Manchester/Leeds (Hybrid, centre at least 3 days a week)
* Assessment Centre: Manchester – 1 Dec; Birmingham – 3 Dec; London – 9 Dec
About the Role

You’ll work at the heart of our national delivery strategy, building strong, commercially viable relationships with health and social care employers to support young people into sustainable employment. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead on developing and managing partnerships across high‑need areas, aligning with local delivery teams and national networks. Your commercial acumen, sector knowledge, and ability to translate strategy into action will help us maximise our impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Build new relationships with local employers and onboard partners to ensure compliance, performance management and safeguarding.
* Deliver high‑quality, inclusive services that reflect our values of empowerment, diversity, and integrity.
* Translate strategy into actionable plans and measure impact with data and reporting.
* Collaborate with local delivery teams and national networks to maximise reach and effectiveness.

* Deep understanding of the health and social care employer landscape.
* Strong grasp of data and impact measurement.
* Genuine commitment to improving young lives.
* Commercial acumen and sector knowledge.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
