Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a motivated Production Operative to join our team in Welwyn Garden City. This role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate production equipment safely and accurately following company procedures.
* Assemble products to the required standard.
* Perform regular quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
* Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
* Report any production issues or equipment faults promptly.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is advantageous.
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and quality focused.
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
