Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am - 12.30pm & Saturday 8:30am- 10:30am

£14,000- £15,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a
Part- Time Caretaker
to support a residential development. This is a great opportunity for someone with a friendly, proactive approach who takes pride in keeping their environment clean, safe, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, courteous presence for residents, visitors, and contractors
Monitor site access and challenge unauthorised individuals when necessary
Log and report any maintenance issues or building defects to management
Carry out light maintenance tasks
Ensure communal areas are tidy and free of obstructions at all times
Manage contractor access and sign-in procedures
Check and distribute notices, and communications as required
Keep resident notice boards up to date and presentable
Maintain drains, gutters, and surrounding property cleanliness
Use a company-provided phone to respond to resident queries during working hours
Ideal Candidate:
Presentable, professional, and customer-service focused
Confident managing site access and dealing with residents/contractors
Basic handyman/maintenance skills (DIY, light repairs, etc.)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Prior experience in a residential or similar caretaking role is desirable
