Role & Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across all manufacturing equipment.
* Diagnose faults, complete repairs and work to minimise downtime.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and contributing to long‑term engineering solutions.
* Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams to maintain high operational standards.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and compliance requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Multiskilled background (mechanical and electrical) preferred; electrical‑bias engineers with a desire to upskill also welcome.
* City & Guilds 236 and 18th Edition qualifications.
* Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach to maintenance.
