We are looking for someone who can provide a high quality customer-centred service with an efficient, positive, and helpful approach. This busy front-of-house role will support the School with reception and administrative functions. The post requires multitasking and well-developed personal skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing a professional, pleasant, and welcoming reception to all visitors.
* Managing and answering calls promptly and transferring them appropriately.
* Recording messages fully and accurately, ensuring prompt delivery.
* Handling sensitive issues with confidentiality.
* Managing signing-in/out systems to ensure Safeguarding and Health & Safety compliance.
Job Details
* Hours of Work: 22.5 hours per week, term time only, Wednesday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
* Position Type: Permanent

* Travel Required: No
