As a Receptionist you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and provide administrative support to the office. Description As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area that reflects the firm's brand and values. Ensure all visitors are signed in and comply with security protocols. Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in accordance with data protection regulations. Assist with document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing.Profile The successful Receptionist will have the following skills/knowledge: Excellent communication skills.
