Overview
Providing a breakfast, lunch and dinner service for young persons. Shift patterns are between 7am and 7pm. Evenings to yourself.
What we are looking for
· A superstar chef to join the talented team who can support the manager and chefs in the day to day running of the kitchens.
Essentials you must have:
· A true passion, love and understanding of hospitality.
· Working as a chef for at least two years
· A solid career path and proven track record within the industry.
· The ability to create and deliver delicious and exciting food using the best seasonal ingredients.

· To constantly develop, create and deliver innovative, beautiful and delicious food.
· Conduct yourself and carry out your duties in a professional manner with a positive attitude.
· Be aware of food and labour budgets.
· Build professional relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders.
· Be compliant of food safety legislation and adhere to company policy.
· Be a solid, reliable support for the Venue Manager
