About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Support pupils' academic progress across core and foundation subjects
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Manage behaviour effectively, promoting a respectful and focused atmosphere
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
* Build strong relationships with pupils and parents/carers
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
* Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and effective teaching practice
* Is organised, proactive, and reflective in their approach
* Has excellent classroom management skills
* Is committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
* Works well as part of a team and contributes to school life
