Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburrer to join our team in Poole, Dorset. This role involves working with high-quality CNC machined components, ensuring they meet the exacting standards required for aerospace applications. Responsibilities
As a Deburrer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Deburring external surfaces and edges of CNC milled prismatic components and CNC turned machined parts.
2. Handling internal cross drilling and internal/external threads of aircraft components.
3. Utilizing hand tools and air tools to meet customer drawing specifications.
4. Performing final part marking and ensuring all components meet quality standards.
5. Understanding and applying aerospace deburring techniques.
6. Working with a variety of materials to achieve precise results.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
7. Proven experience in deburring CNC machined components.
8. Familiarity with aerospace deburring processes (preferred but not essential).
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
10. Experience working in a machine shop environment.
11. Ability to work with various materials and tools effectively.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
12. Starting your shift at either 7am or 8am and finishing at 4pm or 5pm, with flexibility available.
13. Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to ensure components meet customer specifications.
14. Using a variety of tools and techniques to deburr and finish components to the highest standards.
15. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
