If you can stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you could be our next Hotel Operations Manager at Welcome Break. Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of your 198-room hotel, you’ll take hands‑on operational ownership, leading the Reception, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams through visible, confident leadership. You’ll coach and develop frontline teams to consistently deliver a memorable guest experience, while driving profitable sales growth and maintaining high operational and compliance standards.
