We're seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Officer with experience in ASB case management in Warrington for a full-time, ongoing temporary position. The role offers hybrid working and pays up to £ per hour.
Your new role
1. Delivering key management functions such as abandonments, relationship breakdowns, unauthorised occupation, mutual exchanges, tenancy reviews, tenancy audits, and failures to allow access.
2. Carrying out a range of visits including accompanied viewings, exchange inspections, and attending evictions.
3. Triaging all ASB & hate crime cases, conducting investigations, gathering evidence, preparing legal paperwork, and working with Enforcement Officers for serious cases.
4. Supporting customers at low to medium risk of tenancy failure by assessing needs, identifying support requirements, making referrals, and implementing positive interventions to sustain tenancies.
5. Responding to general enquiries and complaints.
6. Preparing and serving notices for breaches of tenancy where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in housing and tenancy management functions across a large geographical area.
2. Experience managing ASB caseloads.
3. Knowledge of Housing & ASB legislation and best practices.
4. A valid driving license with access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
