2. 40 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days
3. Competitive salary based on experience
Experience:
4. Previous experience in a fast-paced catering/kitchen environment is essential
5. Passionate about food, ingredients and seasonality is essential
6. Demonstrable supervising experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
7. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
8. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
9. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to actively demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviours and have an approachable, friendly and helpful manner towards colleagues and customers at all times. You will also have a flexible approach to work as you will be required to work evenings and weekends.
