What you will be doing
* Delivering a child centred curriculum to meet the differing needs of the children in our care
* Imagining and constantly innovating with new activities, challenging your children's learning and development
* Playing a key role in parent liaison
* Contributing to a positive and stimulating working environment within a small team
* Promoting child welfare and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
About you
* Experience of working with babies and children (aged 0-5 years old)
* Level 2 / Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant Level 4 Montessori Diploma
* Minimum 2 years EYFS / Nursery experience
* Passionate about Early Years Education and making a difference to the lives of children
* Driven by a positive 'make it happen' approach
* Aspiration to progress and improve
* Desire to make people happy (customer service)
* Confident, professional and charismatic
