About the role
A London‑based organisation is seeking a part‑time Temporary Legal Assistant to support their senior leadership team. This is an on‑site position working closely with the Managing Director, providing legal and administrative support across a range of tasks.
Key responsibilities
* Work directly with the Managing Director on day‑to‑day legal and administrative matters
* Type documents from verbal instruction
* Take accurate notes during meetings and discussions
* Access, organise, and store company files
* Provide general secretarial and organisational support
About you
* Previous legal experience is essential
* Strong secretarial and administrative skills
* Commercial property knowledge is highly desirable
* Comfortable working independently and managing a varied workload
