About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our growing team in Kent. This role is ideal for someone ambitious who is looking to progress into a Senior Technical Coordinator position in the near future.
As a Technical Coordinator, you will manage design and technical information across residential developments, working with consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance, quality, and buildability. Key Responsibilities

Coordinating all technical information for allocated developments.

Managing the preparation and submission of planning, Building Regulations, and warranty approvals.
*
Liaising with consultants, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
*
Ensuring drawings meet build, legal, and regulatory requirements.
*
Supporting the construction team in resolving on-site technical issues.
*
Preparing technical reports, trackers, and documentation.
*
Taking on increased project responsibility with progression to Senior Technical Coordinator.
What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Technical Coordinator or strong Assistant Technical Coordinator.
*
Residential developer/housebuilding background (preferred).
*
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning processes.
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*
Ambition to progress into a Senior Technical Coordinator role.
*
Relevant construction/design qualification (HNC, HND, or degree in Construction/Architectural Technology) desirable.
