We are committed to supporting young adults in their career progression, which is why we actively participate in the Apprenticeship Scheme. Many of our apprentices have gone on to successful careers within our business.
As an apprentice, you will work with our trained technicians in the workshops. This is an intensive 3-year programme involving college attendance at our manufacturer’s Technical Training Centres, requiring travel and overnight stays.
You will join the business at an exciting time, with the rollout of electric vehicles gaining momentum. At Busseys, we aim to be industry leaders at the forefront of this technology. You may have seen the new Ford Explorer in the media—this is just the beginning, and we want you to be part of this journey.
The Successful Candidate Will:

To be eligible, you need a minimum of Grade 4 GCSEs in English and Maths (or be predicted to achieve them) and a passion for the motor industry.
