Key duties include: * Leading & Mentoring: Delegating tasks and acting as a positive role model for your team. * Education: Planning and assessing individual child development in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. * Partnerships: Building strong relationships with parents and children. * Leadership: Deputise for Management when required and act as a positive role model at all times. Candidate Requirements * Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential). * At least 1 year of experience leading a room in a nursery setting in the UK. * Strong ICT skills and excellent communication (verbal and written). * Passionate, motivated, and adaptable with an extensive knowledge of the current EYFS. * A current and clean Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid ceriticate are essential.
