Overview
External Field Sales position with work‑from‑home option for high‑value B2B projects. The role focuses on consultative solution selling within a technology solutions company. You will start with a 3‑month induction, intensive product and corporate sales training, and then focus on acquiring new business and managing key accounts.
Responsibilities
• Identify and open doors to potential enterprise clients spending £100k+ per order.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Deliver product presentations and negotiate contracts, relying on a consultative sales approach.
• Work independently and as part of a field‑sales team; support your colleagues in achieving sales targets.
• Transition into a management role after two years based on effort, teamwork, and performance.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 – 8 years product B2B sales experience (consultative solution selling preferred).
• Outgoing, positive rapport builder who can work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Proven record of establishing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
• Valid driving licence.
Benefits and Package
* Basic salary £35,000 – £40,000; OTE £60,000 – £70,000, uncapped.
