A prestigious international law firm is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join its London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and strengthening relationships with some of the firm’s most important clients.
The Role
In this strategic and influential position, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver client‑focused initiatives that support the firm’s broader growth objectives. You will take ownership of a defined portfolio of priority clients, acting as a trusted adviser and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality approach to client engagement across teams and regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute client‑relationship strategies that enhance service delivery and support revenue growth.
* Manage a set of priority clients within the firm’s key client portfolio.
* Provide targeted support for time‑sensitive initiatives such as panel submissions, strategic pursuits, and partner integration.
* Collaborate with teams across the business to align client priorities with firmwide and regional goals.
* Take part in client‑insights activities, helping to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
* Support the delivery of high‑impact client events, roundtables, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
* Engage with secondees and trainees to maintain strong client connectivity and gather valuable insights.
* Track progress and client activity using internal CRM systems and reporting tools.
* Contribute to a cohesive, inclusive, and collaborative environment across geographies.
