Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership across all aspects of home operations, ensuring regulatory excellence and the highest clinical standards.
* Drive commercial success by maximising occupancy, managing fee structures, and ensuring strong financial performance.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver service excellence.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with residents, families, regulators, and local communities.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven success as a Home Manager within the luxury care or high-fee, private-paying market.
* Strong financial acumen and demonstrable experience of delivering commercial results.
* Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks within health and social care.
