Responsibilities
* Assist one-to-one with emotional support and companionship.
* Support in the completion of everyday tasks including light domestic work, shopping, cat care and administrative tasks.
* Support with going out into the community and attending appointments as required.
Desired Person / Qualifications
* Understanding of neurodiversity and awareness of living with complex conditions.
* Empathetic listener with good observation skills and the ability to intuit needs.
* Cat lover.
* Ability to work as part of a team and have own initiative, maintaining a positive attitude and motivating on difficult days.
* Access to own vehicle with appropriate insurance preferred.
