We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Executive with expertise in PPC and Paid Social to manage and optimise paid media campaigns for some of the most prestigious brands in the UK. What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimise PPC and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest for luxury jewellery, watches, and high-end retailers.
Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies to maximise ROI, online visibility, and customer acquisition.
Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and engagement.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management, ensuring precise targeting for high-value customers.
Work closely with content and creative teams to align paid media strategies with brand storytelling and luxury aesthetics.
Engage directly with clients, offering strategic guidance, performance updates, and recommendations to enhance their digital presence.
What We’re Looking For
2-3 years of experience - specifically within direct, hands-on paid media positions.
Manchester local - this is a hybrid role with an immediate start
Proven experience managing PPC & Paid Social campaigns, ideally within eCommerce, jewellery, or luxury retail.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads, with a strong understanding of targeting high-net-worth audiences.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve performance.
Confidence in client-facing roles, with the ability to present data-backed insights and recommendations effectively.
