What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Oversee contract negotiations and manage key accounts.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
* Ensure seamless coordination between sales, revenue management, and operations.
* Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior hotel sales role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
* Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions offrent.
* Proficiency in CRM Phoenix and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
