This role is all about creating seamless, memorable group experiences at Poolhouse. As an Event Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the planning, organisation, and delivery of large group events. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes architect of smooth-running experiences, ensuring that every detail is accounted for, from event enquiries and bookings to flawless execution on the day. With an obsession for guest experience and an unmatched eye for detail, you’ll make sure that every group leaves impressed, delighted, and eager to return.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment venues.
· Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong communicator who can manage expectations with guests and align internal teams.
· Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
· Adept at juggling multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
