Facilities Manager
Role Responsibilities
* Manage planned and reactive maintenance across all buildings and assets
* Ensure full health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and statutory checks
* Oversee and manage contractors and service providers, including performance and costs
* Monitor and control budgets, quotations, and procurement activities
* Lead on site inspections, audits, compliance reporting, and incident response, including damage events and urgent repairs
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally multi‑site
* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH)
* Experience managing contractors and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Good financial awareness and budget management skills
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
