The role We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Demand Generation Specialist join our fast-growing global marketing team. You’ll own campaigns, content, and tools that generate pipeline, grow existing accounts, and engage prospects, turning insights into measurable revenue impact. This is a hands-on role where you’ll make a real difference, balancing strategy, execution, and data-driven optimization from day one. Key responsibilities Develop content and campaigns that generate demand and engage target audiences, including thought leadership, client education, and brand assets. Optimize all content for SEO, AI-driven search, and lead capture to maximize reach and conversion. Create sales enablement materials, pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, and proposal templates to accelerate the buyer journey and support pipeline growth. Build and execute targeted ABM campaigns for high-value accounts, delivering personalized messaging that drives engagement and accelerates conversion. Plan and manage marketing initiatives for events, including conferences, webinars, and virtual/in-person experiences, with a focus on lead generation, engagement, and measurable impact. Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, and digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, using data to continuously improve engagement, pipeline generation, and sales outcomes. Partner with sales, client services, and cross-functional teams to align campaigns, messaging, and content strategies with commercial goals and business priorities. Qualifications & skills Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Experience 2–3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement. Strong content creation and copywriting skills for both marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials. Some understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, lead nurturing, and buyer journeys. Desirable: experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). Skills & competencies Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Commercially minded with strategic thinking, able to link marketing initiatives to measurable revenue outcomes. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, digital, and ABM strategies. Data-driven and analytical, able to measure campaign performance, interpret results, and optimize for impact. Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver messaging that resonates with both sales teams and external audiences. Compensation & benefits: Healthcare coverage: Comprehensive medical insurance.
