What the Job Involves The role involves supporting a value-adding, customer-focused risk and insurance function that aligns with both service and corporate objectives. Youll manage comprehensive investigations into liability claims, lead sensitive handling of abuse claims, oversee complex and high-value claims, and spearhead anti-fraud initiatives. Working closely with the Risk Manager, you will drive risk improvement activities and support strategic risk management while maintaining a focus on customer experience, data accuracy, and continuous improvements. Skills Accredited investigator training (PINS or equivalent) Knowledge of legislation such as RIPA and court procedures Risk management and health & safety awareness Claims resolution and negotiation experience Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills Sensitivity in handling complex and abuse-related claims Strong data analysis and report preparation skills Ability to handle investigations professionally and tactfully Capability to influence and drive behavioral changes
