Job Title: Principal Planner
The main roles of the Principal Planner are to:
* Take responsibility, as directed by the Planning and Building Standards Team Leader, for processing and administering planning applications.
* Lead negotiations on developer contributions.
* Oversee the effective monitoring of developments and handle consequential enforcement actions.
* Contribute to service work on Local Development Planning and Placemaking.
